2 Hearing
May be able to visit the factory, and possibly get a tentative position offer the soonest after the visit. If you find it different from your expectations, you may decline the offer.
4 Factory Visit
You can start working after resigning from your previous job, after moving in or after resident registration. Basically, the job starts within 2 weeks ～ 1 month after the tentative job offer.
